Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: May 17, 2026
Effective Date: May 17, 2026
1. Our Commitment
Midnight Services LLC is committed to making midnight-services.com usable by as many people as possible — including customers who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, voice control, magnification, or any other assistive technology to access the web.
Hauling and aggregate delivery should be straightforward for everyone. If our website is getting in the way of you booking a delivery, hiring us, or finding information about our services, we want to know — and we want to fix it.
2. Standards We Aim For
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our reference standard. WCAG is the international standard developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and is widely adopted by businesses, governments, and courts as the benchmark for accessible web content.
Level AA covers the most common barriers people with disabilities encounter on the web, including:
- Sufficient color contrast for users with low vision
- Text alternatives (alt text) for meaningful images
- Keyboard accessibility for all interactive elements
- Clear focus indicators when navigating without a mouse
- Proper heading structure and semantic HTML for screen readers
- Forms with associated labels and clear error messages
- Content that resizes and reflows without breaking up to 200%
3. Measures We’ve Taken
To meet that bar, our site is built with the following accessibility features:
- “Skip to main content” link on every page for keyboard users
- Focus-visible outlines in our brand purple so the active element is always clear when tabbing
- Descriptive alt text on photographs of our trucks, materials, and worksites
- Semantic HTML using proper heading levels (one H1 per page, then nested H2/H3)
- Color contrast that meets or exceeds 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text
- Click and tap targets sized to at least 44×44 pixels on mobile
- Form labels tied to inputs with explicit associations
- Phone number links (
tel:) so users can call us with a single tap from any device - Responsive layout that works on screen widths from 320 pixels (small phones) up to large desktops
- Plain-language writing wherever possible — we don’t bury you in industry jargon
4. Known Limitations
We are not perfect, and we want to be transparent about where we still fall short. As of the date above:
- Some third-party embeds (Google Maps, lead-capture forms, social-media widgets) may have accessibility features outside our direct control. Where possible we provide a non-embed alternative on the page (for example, our phone number and email are always shown as plain text).
- Older blog posts and gallery images may not yet have descriptive alt text. We are updating these as part of an ongoing content review.
- PDF documents linked from our site may not always be screen-reader tagged. Contact us and we will provide an accessible alternative format on request.
5. Feedback and Contact
If you run into a barrier on our site, please tell us — we treat accessibility issues as bugs and work to fix them.

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 3 business days and to provide an accessible alternative — by phone, email, or in person — for any content that is not yet fully accessible.
6. Alternative Ways to Reach Us
If you cannot use the website to request a quote or schedule a delivery, you can always reach us directly. Every service we list on the site can be booked over the phone:

We are happy to take quote requests by phone, gather your project details by voice, and arrange delivery without you needing to use any web form.
7. Ongoing Work
Accessibility is not a one-time checkbox. We test new pages against WCAG 2.1 AA before publishing, review existing pages on a rolling basis, and incorporate user feedback as we receive it. This statement is reviewed and updated at least annually.
This Accessibility Statement is provided in good faith. It is informed by WCAG 2.1 (W3C), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and applicable state accessibility requirements. If you believe Midnight Services LLC has fallen short of these commitments, please contact us — we will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue.
